I’m a car mechanic and I’m sick of working on filthy cars – would you tolerate working in these conditions?

A MECHANIC has taken to TikTok to show his frustration at the absolute state a car has been left in.

The video shows a customer’s Peugeot which has been dropped off for work.

He begins by saying: “Alright guys, this is really getting on my t*** now.

“Customer’s Peugeot in, for a knocking noise,

“Never in my life have a wished I had smell-o-vision. It is just ridiculous. It stinks. Awful.”

Using his smartphone, the mechanic pans around the inside of the car to show the state it’s in.

The driver’s door pocket is full of junk and the driver’s floor mat is covered in dirt, grime and old wrappers.

The passenger’s door pocket is also full and the footwell on that is similarly dirty with two discarded bottles.

The camera then moves to the rear footwells, which have a hilarious amount of junk piled up in them.

The rear seats are stained and dirty, with old clothes and plates littered across them.

The mechanic continues: “And we’re supposed to work in this?

“Would anybody else tolerate it? No. Would they hell. Yet we’re supposed to.

“Stupid. And to top it off, 7,000 miles over service and has no damn fuel in it.

“I mean, how do people live like this?”

People couldn’t believe the state of the car in the comments and were quick to give their opinion.

One said: “The knocking noise was probs all that junk flying about in the back.”

Another said: “If the car looks like that then what does the house look like?”

But others were worried about the car’s owner, with one saying: “He or she is clearly living in this car.

“It’s what it has come to for some. Cost of living etc.”

While another said: “These comments! 7k overdue and no fuel, don’t you think they might maybe just be struggling a little and now they’re been shamed on TikTok!

“You never know someone’s story a little compassion can go a long way.”

I’m an etiquette expert & here’s how to eat a mince pie the correct way – it should take a certain amount of bites

AN ETIQUETTE guru has revealed how to indulge in a crumbly mince pie while still appearing elegant and sophisticated.

TikTok tutor Lucy Challenger, 39, has garnered over half a million followers as she teaches viewers the high-class way of doing everyday tasks.

TikTok creator Lucy Challenger has revealed the elegant way to eat a crumbly mince pie[/caption]

TikTok/@lucychallengerofficial

The etiquette guru also showed Brits the ideal number of bites it takes to eat the festive favourite[/caption]

And in a recent clip, the manners expert showed people the “formal British way” to eat the Christmas favourite mince pie.

To start, Lucy says it is imperative to pick up the sweet treat with the thumb and first finger – before tucking in with “delicate bites”.

“The mince pie is crumbly, so make sure anything that falls from the mince pie falls onto your plate,” she added.

According to the 39-year-old, the optimal number of bites it takes to munch through the festive luxury is between four and six.

But she warned that although they “taste delicious” a mince pie is also “rather filling”, so to remain dignified it is best to hold back.

“Don’t overindulge this Christmas, as otherwise you might feel like you’ve turned into a mince pie yourself,” she advised.

The TikTok star regularly offers suggestions about how to keep up your etiquette day-to-day.

Other foods she has told viewers how to consume in a tasteful way include cocktails, cheese strings and Cadbury’s crème eggs.

And alongside her online fame, Lucy is also the founder and CEO of classy Mayfair agency Polo and Tweed, which recruits employees for her high-end clients.

Viewers of the stylish account were also treated to a history lesson of the origins of a mince pie.

She described it as “a sweet pie of English origin filled with mincemeat… a mixture of fruit, spices and suet – not actual meat.

“These pies are traditionally served in much of the English speaking world during Christmas time.

“The ingredients of a mince pie are traceable to the 13th century when returning European crusaders brought with them Middle Eastern recipes containing meat, fruits and spices.”

And her loyal fans took to the comments to give their thoughts on her sophistication advice.

One said: “I spent my whole life thinking British people were putting actual meat in pies”.

“They sound delicious – I need to try that someday,” said another.

However, a third commented: “I’ve learnt loads from you, however you just can’t beat informal food with people who just eat however they want”.

For those wanting to know the best value mince pie on the market as we head into the festive period, The Sun has taste-tested the traditional treats to find out whether supermarket own-brand goods beat the brands on quality and price.

And the winner came out at a whopping 30 per cent cheaper than the classic Mr Kipling mince pies – and tasted almost exactly the same.

But in a vote from the Which? annual mince pie test, those from Waitrose and Aldi have been named the best for Christmas.

The posh supermarket’s brown butter mince pies with Cognac were voted a “best buy” in the annual contest.

But Aldi’s specially selected mince pies were also named a “best buy” – and they cost half the price.

Meanwhile, you can keep your hands in your pockets out of the cold.

But it’s not advisable to try this for yourself despite modern pumps having an automatic shut-off function when the tank is full.

Most pumps across Europe don’t have a lock for safety reasons, but over in the US and Canada, you’re more likely to find them.

If the pump shut-off were to fail, there’s a huge risk of a fuel spill.

The video’s title reads: “No longer freezing my hands this winter!”

While the caption on the video reads: “Use your petrol cap to lock the pump.”

Despite the danger, TikTok users seemed thankful after discovering this hack that could make their lives easier.

One said: “I will now be doing this for the rest of my life, thank you.”

Another said: “Thanks for this amazing hack.”

But not everybody is able to give it a go.

One woman said: “My car doesn’t have one.”

Teresa, from Long Beach, California, is due to have an operation to remove the loose skin.

In an emotional video posted on TikTok, Teresa shared what her body looks like before the life-changing surgery.

Unable to hold back tears, she said: “I used to weigh 600 pounds and I have worked really hard over the last four and a half years of my life to lose 370 pounds.

“In four days, I am having an abdominoplasty surgery to remove my hanging apron stomach. You can see it hangs down to my knees. This is what it looks like when I sit down.

“It makes me look much bigger than I actually am. It’s very painful, it’s embarrassing, and it’s shameful but I try to focus on the fact that I’m a weight loss warrior.

“I have worked really hard to save my own life and in a few days this is all going to be gone and my life is going to be forever changed for the better.

“I’m documenting this for myself and sharing this with all of you because I hope that it helps to normalize obesity and loose skin and all the things that go along with weight loss.”

At the end of her message, Teresa stood up and said: “This is what my hanging apron stomach looks like when I am standing up. As you can see, it hangs down a lot.

“It causes me so much physical and emotional pain you guys, and I cannot wait for the skin to be removed.”

Her followers praised her for her honesty and wished her good luck ahead of her upcoming operation.

One said: “This isn’t shameful. It’s a badge of your incredible courage and tenacity.”

Passenger slams parents after they let toddler ‘pull his ears and headphones’ during flight

A HOLIDAYMAKER complained after a young child tugged on his ears and removed his headphones during a flight.

Brian shared his misery in a video he posted on TikTok where he shows the gleeful baby ‘pull his ears’.

A passenger slams parents after they let toddler ‘pull his ears’ during a flight[/caption]

The social media influencer captioned it: “Kids on planes are the worst.”

He then showed himself sitting down in an economy seat when the toddler behind him grabbed his ear and head pulling at his headphones – complete with a cheeky little grin.

Brian carefully moves the child’s hand away, only for it to return on several occasions.

In a voiceover, he said: “I can’t believe these parents let their baby do this the entire flight. I tried to be nice. What would you do?”

The video quickly went viral and has since been viewed by 6 million people, liked by 127,000 users and received 10,000 comments.

Users were quick to notice the resemblance between the influencer and the child with many saying ‘that’s his kid’, noting the similarities between their ears and eyes.

But the influencer later commented saying: “I have twins but this is not one of my twins.”

Even so, many users weren’t convinced and discussed the possibility of a third child in the comments.

However, those who thought the baby was a complete stranger to Brian weren’t happy with the parents.

One person wrote: “Mom of two small boys, this isn’t ok and it’s ok for you to tell the parents that. They’re being incredibly inconsiderate.”

Someone else added: “I have kids myself. The parents are being inconsiderate. I wouldn’t let my kids mess with the person’s ears in front of them.”

A third said: “It’s not the kid it’s the parents!”

It’s certainly not the first time a child has annoyed a passenger on a flight.

Recently, a woman divided opinion online after complaining about a child crying on her flight.

She said: “I have noise cancelling headphones, the child was WELL over five years old, and they sat directly behind me while kicking my chair as the mother slept.”

In her video she wanted to know why adult-only fights weren’t an option.

But some airlines have already answered calls for child-free planes – a budget airline has launched new cheap flights between the UK and Thailand – and there is even a section for passengers who want to avoid screaming kids.

Inside Liver King’s ‘$100m-a-year’ empire built on claims ‘raw meat’ made him ripped while secretly taking STEROIDS

MUSCLE MAN Brian Johnson has built a $100million-a-year empire through selling his “natural ancestral philosophy”.

The self-styled Liver King convinced fans his appearance was due solely to his exercise regime and extreme raw meat diet – but it was revealed last week he spends up to £9,000 per month on steroids.

The Liver King – Instagram @theliverking

Liver King’s social media shows him eating raw meat to fuel his ‘ancestral’ lifestyle[/caption]

Instagram/theliverking

He provided a glimpse into his massive home to his millions of followers on social media[/caption]

Liver King first gained fame from his social media videos showing his insane diet of raw beef liver, protein shakes, egg yolks and bone marrow.

He’s also gone viral for his videos of him grabbing fish with his bare teeth, and other odd “ancestral” ways of living.

The Liver King’s army of followers who watch his videos about his lifestyle have made the bodybuilder rich.

Brian and his wife Barbara Johnson, the “Liver Queen”, began their marriage on a combined salary of £140,000 to £180,000 per year.

Since then she has reportedly helped turn his brand into a lucrative health and fitness empire.

His companies – flogging protein supplements and dried animal organs – now rake in a reported $100million a year.

The Liver King has opened three different businesses capitalising on his raw lifestyle and diet.

His company Heart & Soil Supplements sells dessicated animal organ supplements which claim to be the most “nutrient rich supplements on the planet”.

Ancestral Supplements also sells nutritional aides, which he says are “the best, most nutrient-dense foods on the planet in a simple, consumable way”.

The Fittest Protein Shakes sell workout supplement powder, designed to “increase muscle mass” and create “unstoppable momentum”.

Ancestral Supplements is reported to make up to $10million per year, while Heart & Soil and The Fittest make an estimated additional $36million per year.

Johnson has previously said that his social media presence has made very little impact on his net worth.

Despite this, he often flaunts his sprawling Texas mansion to his followers.

The mansion boasts a library, massive master bedroom, walk in pantry and industrial-sized meat freezer.

His Instagram stories have also revealed a massive home gym, fit with a bench press and dumbbells of varying sizes.

Johnson’s kitchen is the centre of his mansion, where he cuts up animal organs to keep up his “ancestral” diet.

Johnson previously said his body is 100 per cent natural and is kept in shape by intense workouts and his diet.

Johnson recently apologised for “misleading” fans in a video posted on YouTube.

He said: “When asked if I’ve ever taken steroids I’ve always said no, I don’t touch the stuff. That was a lie.”

His family reportedly live by what they refer to as the nine ancestral tenants; to eat, sleep, move, shine, connect, cold, sun, fight and bond.
