Chelsea won 3-1 against Leicester City at the King Power Stadium on Saturday afternoon, their third consecutive win in all competitions. The Blues won their first away game since a 2-0 victory over Aston Villa at Villa Park in October of last year.
Ben Chilwell put the Blues ahead against his former club after latching onto a cross at the far post and volleying past goalkeeper Danny Ward. Patson Daka then equalized with a driven shot from the edge of the box for the hosts.

Kai Havertz’s goal was arguably the best of the game, as he combined devastatingly with Enzo Fernandez to chip home a glorious strike to reclaim Chelsea’s lead. With ten minutes remaining, Mateo Kovacic sealed the three points with a brilliant, acrobatic effort.
Chelsea are currently 11 points adrift of the top four, and if they continue to win back-to-back games, their hopes of finishing in the top four may materialize.
