The aggrieved parties of the 2023 presidential election which was conducted on 25 February, has condemned and has also rejected the result announced by the INEC chairman Prof Mahmood Yakubu.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has shown disagreement with the Presidential result pronounced by INEC, in their statement by the party candidate Atiku Abubakar they agreed to go to court for redress.

And also they stated that they will also accept Labour Party candidate to join them if they wish, the parties in the statement today while addressing the public noted that they are not pleased with the result announced by the INEC chairman Prof Mahmood Yakubu.
The result announced by the INEC chairman Prof Mahmood Yakubu has stirred many reactions on social media, as some Nigerian youths has decided to protest in order to show condemnation over the result announced by the INEC.
The US based professor while making his statement on his tweeter page noted accordingly “Nigeria’s presidential election draws to a close, with Bola Tinubu declared the victor amidst cries of vote rigging. When it comes to Nigeria’s electoral commission and its chairman Mahmood Yakubu, INCOMPETENCE & CORRUPTION are the name of the game.”
